Humanforce today announced the launch of Humanforce Connect, a new integrated operating system that extends the company's workforce management platform into governed access to third-party labour pools — connecting demand creation, internal shift fill, private marketplace access, agency management, and downstream execution and compliance into a single connected platform for frontline employers.

The launch marks a significant expansion of Humanforce's capability. The company already supports rostering, time, attendance, compliance, cost and pay outcomes for frontline organisations globally. Humanforce Connect extends that into the layer most organisations have never been able to govern inside their system of record: how work gets filled when their own workforce is exhausted.

The result is an end-to-end operating system: from the moment a shift is created — costed, compliant, rules-aware — through internal activation, external marketplace access, agency and contingent orchestration, and back into time, payroll and compliance outcomes. Five capabilities, one platform

Humanforce Connect brings together five connected capabilities: Demand Creation, Costing and Compliance; Internal Fill and Worker Activation; Private Marketplace and External Worker Networks; Agency Vendor Management and Contingent Orchestration; and Execution, Compliance and System of Record. Together, these form the operating system for creating, sourcing, filling and executing work across the full spectrum of frontline labour.

Built through strategic acquisitions

Humanforce Connect is delivered through the acquisitions of two specialist technology providers: Emprevo, a leading private work marketplace and worker engagement platform; and ShiftMatch, a specialist relief management and contingent workforce orchestration platform. Emprevo adds marketplace liquidity and worker experience infrastructure. ShiftMatch adds intelligent matching, cascade orchestration and agency vendor management. Together, they complete the labour fulfilment layer of the Humanforce platform.

ShiftMatch has demonstrated up to 90 per cent improvement in shift fill rates in live frontline deployments. Emprevo connects 55,000+ workers across 2,100+ workplaces, facilitating more than 100,000 shifts per month. These are live results from frontline organisations running these platforms in production today.

These acquisitions build on Humanforce's earlier strategic acquisition of LiveHire, which brought talent pools and candidate identity management to the platform.

Humanforce Connect is available to customers across Australia and the United Kingdom, with global expansion underway. Customers currently using Humanforce WFM, Emprevo, or ShiftMatch can speak to their account team about access to the full operating system.
